In the first instance, professionals of the disability sector are expected during the first two days, while ultimate consumers are rather awaited at the weekend. As in the years before, an extensive lecture programme has been set up (mostly in German language) for the first three days. Unlike the past years, the opening ceremony of the fair will only take place on Friday, 20th March. Lectures, however, will already have started the day before.
In contrast to this year’s edition, the fair will again be held in hall 12 (CCN West). As the hosting organisation “MesseNürnberg GmbH” is expecting more European exhibitors in the year to come and therefore wishes to appreciate the overall European contribution more adequately, a special exposition area has been set up. A rough sketch of the exposition area can be viewed here. In order to locate hall 12 on the fairgrounds, please consult the following link: www.werkstaettenmesse.de

Furthermore, conditions for exhibitors have been changed in several respects. First of all, the MesseNürnberg GmbH has fixed new registration rules, among others: All complete applications as exhibitors filed with the “MesseNürnberg GmbH” after October, 31st will be charged an organisational fee of 1,50 Euro per m².
Please carefully read the “Trade Fair Werkstätten:Messe 2009 - Special Conditions for Participation” attached to the application form before filing your application.
