Workshop Fair 2009 - Joint Booths
At each fair, joint booths have proven to be profitable in many ways. In order to present a larger group of exhibitors in an appealing and uniformly designed environment, a joint appearance is an appropriate tool. Organisations with similar offers and services have already benefited from jointly used special areas at the Workshop Fair in Nuremberg during the past years.

According to Leander Krummrich, project manager of NürnbergMesse GmbH, joint booths allow for a presentation in a special ambiance, which would often not be possible for single exhibitors. For instance, there will be once again a joint booth representing tourism, hotel business and catering on the Workshop Fair 2009. The booth will be presented in the design of a marketplace with a central juice bar as a communicative linchpin. Comfortable seats invite visitors to stay. As Leander Krummrich underlines: “This is basically, what the fair is about – taking time to get to know the exhibitors and their services.”

Given the numerous innovative and smart projects presented by workshops for adapted work in the sectors of tourism, hotel business and catering, Leander Krummrich is convinced that the joint booth is a promising venture. Individual workshops benefit by the high-quality design and presentation of the booth as well as by the hosting organisation’s additional marketing efforts targeted at visitors. The marketing concept is particularly directed at the exhibitors’ relevant target groups.
