Only a few Days until the Workshop Fair 2009
The 24th workshop fair “Werkstätten:Messe 2009” will be held in Nuremberg from 19th to 22nd March. Over 220 exhibitors have already registered to present products and services of German workshops in hall 12 of the NürnbergMesse. Institutions and organisations from several European countries are equally present.

As this year’s special guest countries, Iceland, Norway and Sweden take a prominent position on the fair. The international aspect is not limited to Scandinavia. Exhibitors and vistors from Austria, Switzerland, France, Poland and Hungary will come to Nuremberg.

At the opening ceremony, Günter Mosen, chairman of BAG WfbM, will be delighted to welcome the Bavarian Minister for Employment, Social Affairs, Family and Women, Christine Haderthauer, as well as Anne Lise Bakken, Vice President of ASVL (Arbeidssamvirkenes Landsforening), Norway.

The fair is open to the general public on all four days. As in the years before, an extensive lecture programme with German and international speakers has been set up (mostly in German language). Visitors of the Werkstätten:Messe 2009 will have the opportunity to listen to over 70 lectures given by workshop experts. One segment of this lecture programme focuses on international topics, especially on the possibilities of transnational cooperation.
