In a letter to Günter Mosen, chairman of BAG WfbM, the Bavarian Prime Minister Horst Seehofer has confirmed his patronage of next year’s workshop fair “Werkstätten:Messe 2010” in Nuremberg from 11th to 14th March. In his letter he wrote: “I am very glad about your request to take over the patronage of the ‘Werkstätten:Messe 2010’. I regard it as a sign of affection and esteem. I am pleased to accept this honourable task.”
Due to previous engagements, Horst Seehofer will not be able to attend the opening ceremony of the workshop fair. The Bavarian state chancellery will announce at a later date which Cabinet member will represent him on that occasion.
BAG WfbM considers the confirmation of the Prime Minister also as a recognition of workshops’ performance in integrating persons excluded from the labour market due to their disability. BAG WfbM is very pleased about the great commitment of the Bavarian state government.
